The license will enable us to verify the validity of your purchase, what item you’ve purchased, and if your support period is active. We love our customers and we try to give our customers all the love, help, support, and features we can, but, this method ensures we’re protected from fraudulent use and you’re getting full, hands-on support.
Where is my license code?
You can find the license code of any item you’ve purchased from us by visiting your Downloads Page on the Envato Market. Once you are there, locate the item you’ve purchased from us, and then, click the Download button and select License Certificate & Purchase Code. Inside this item, you’ll find the Item Purchase Code which you can paste into the field below.
Can I delete my license once I’ve added it?
The license system is exclusive to your account. This means, that once you’ve added a license here, you’ll only be able to use it for the account you’ve created. This makes license sharing impossible and helps us protect ourselves against infringing usage. Also, please note, that our system is verifying suspicious activity that may arise from any account ( i.e. Account Sharing ) and will automatically disable any account that does this. Please do not share your account information with anyone. Once an account is disabled for fraudulent activity, we will never re-enable it.
Where is my extended support license code?
Your extended support license code can be found in the same way you’ve located your item purchase code. Read the step above to find out exactly what you must do to retrieve your support extension license code.
I added a license, but I still can’t see the forums, why?
Our system verifies new licenses instantly, but, sometimes, due to Envato’s API limitations, our system takes a time-out and verifies the license again in one hour. In order to pass that time-out simply click Refresh Licenses after you’ve added your license and you should be good to go.

Once you’ve entered your license code, click Save License. It will take about 10 seconds for it to register in our system. After that, you will be able to Access the Forums to see the thread for the item you’ve purchased. It will be at the very top of the page.
